Color: Light Yellow Common Uses: African Bluegrass is credit with being an Astringent, as being Anti-fungal, as well as being Anti-viral. It has developed popularity in men’s preparations and for use in a soothing foot bath. Consistency: Thin Note: Medium Strength of Aroma: Medium to Strong Blends well with: African Bluegrass appears to work well with oils from the citrus family, as well as those with soft floral notes. Aromatic Scent: African Bluegrass Essential Oil has a sweet, grass smell with slightly herbaceous base notes. It is earthy while remaining light and fresh. History: Cymbopogon, comes from the Greek kumbe meaning nacelle and pogon meaning bores. It is told that it appeared in the composition of holy oil (olive oil, grooves, myrrh and citronella) Cautions: May cause skin irritation in some individuals. Contact with eyes should also be avoided.

This grass oil is lovely! I really like palmarosa too! Might be nice in an aftershave...oh the possibilities!

This scent is great-I use about 5 or 6 drops in a hot bath !

I love this oil it has a dark earthy smoky smell that blends well with Lavender and Tea Tree.
