Botanical Name: Pyrus Malus
Description: Contains an alpha-hydroxy acid, which refines and rejuvenates the skin. It is best known for it’s moisturizing and anti-aging properties, making it perfect for dry or mature skin. It also has exceptional elastase inhibition activity, making it suitable for treatments aimed at maintaining the skin’s youthful elasticity.

The recommended usage rate should not exceed 0.5% of the weight of the final product.

I am using this extract in my Papaya & Apple Facial. It makes a great partner with the papaya and I am very pleased with it. I have aging skin and love the way it makes my skin feel...not to mention the alpha-hydroxy acid that it contains. I also chose this to be in my facial because of the properties of maintaing the skin’s elasticity. Great product!!!
