Apricot Shells are finely grounded from the seeds of the Apricot. It can be used as an all natural body scrub to deep-clean, renew and detoxify all skin types. Apricot shells are a gentle yet effective way to smooth and refresh dry calloused skin and are ideal for making face, body and foot scrubs, and soaps.

Mesh Size: 35/60 microns

Shelf Life: If stored in a cool, dry place away from moisture, Apricot Shells can last indefinitely.

Rejuvenating Body Scrub Recipe:
In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup apricot shells, 1/2 cup olive oil and 10 drops of lavender essential oil. Gently apply to the body and feet, and rinse thoroughly afterward.

I cant believe how nice a product this is (well it is nda). I had been getting mine elsewhere and thought i had it good, But the fine ground shells exfoliate instead if feeling like its scratching you. adds a nice speckle to cp soap.

I must say that this was the happiest mistake that I ever had. I originally ordered the sandalwood powder and to my dismay I found out that it was out of stock. New Directions promptly called me to see if I would like a credit or to exchange it for something else and I chose the apricot shells. They are some of the best exfoliating products that I have ever tried. Not only are they great as a facial exfoliater, they are the best that I have ever used for the body as well. My family is big on sugar and salt scrubs, but the Apricot shells from New Directions might be the new King of the Mountain

I have added the recently purchased apricot shells exfoliant to my homemade face wash. It does an amazing job at removing dead skin and clearing up pores. A little goes a long way. Both my daughter and I love it! 1kg bag will last a long time.
