Part used: Flowers Common Uses: Organic Arnica Herbal Oil is popularly used to treat a wide range of conditions, including bruises, sore muscles, sprains, inflammation, arthritis, insect bites, aches and pains. It is also believed to have pain reducing properties. When used as massage oil, users can expect it to be easily absorbed by the skin, and to be an overall soothing experience.
Organic Arnica is widely used in formulations to manufacture creams, ointments and tinctures. It can also used to make compresses and poultices for sore muscles.

Creams and Ointments: Max 15%

Shelf Life: Users can expect a shelf life of 9 Months to 1 Year with proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). Refrigeration after opening is recommended.
Cautions: Arnica should not be applied to broken skin as it promotes blood circulation and may increase bleeding of wounds. It should also not be taken internally without direct medical supervision. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before taking any medication, including herbs.
