Botanical Name: Musa Spp
Appearance: Fine pale creamy yellow powder.
Banana Powder is rich in potassium and vitamin A. In formulations it has proven to be great for dry skin, and contains no known substance to aggravate or irritate the skin. Some users have used Banana Powder by itself as a rich, moisturizing facial mask.
The recommended usage rate should not exceed 0.5% of the weight of the final product.

I use this with the Rhassoul Clay as a hair mask and it leaves my hair soooo soft and detangled! I also use it as a face mask with very lovely results... This is a definite keeper...

I wish I had bought more.. I put it in my shampoo and conditioner in between hair cuts and split ends just don't exist. I also added water, pure honey, and oatmeal and made an unbelievably moisturizing face mask. Such a great and versatile product.

this banana extract is soooooo yummy! It's smells just like the fruit and is creamy when mixed with liquid. I used it in a fack mask and my skin was very soft afterwards. I'm glad i found NDA!

I bought this Banana fruit extract out of curiosity. It turned out to be a great decision. I used it in some of my soaps. Soap makers, this powder blends much more easily if you first add a little water and blend it into a paste before adding to a soap mixture. As a stand-alone product, I use this (mixed with water) as a facial mask. It moisturizes and tightens the skin, leaving it soft and youthful. The same mixture, used as a hair mask, leaves the hair soft and shiny - but without all the chemicals found in most conditioners on the market. I can see this is going to be a versatile product. Banana paste is said to be excellent in treating burns and wounds, and is also said to help prevent scar tissue from forming.
