Wonderfully rich scent of fresh basil is what you will get with this EO. I have and will continue to use it in my nebulizer for its 'decongestionning' properties. Excellent quality!

I use this basil in my bug away spray. It adds a little brightness to the fragrance with some good repellent action. It seems to have a slightly harsher fragrance than the Sweet Basil. Not bad in anyway, just with a little more bite - which is probably why it works so well in bug repellers.

I had always used basil to uplift a dark cloudy day and give me a mental boost. I was home sick with the flu. I placed basil and peppermint in the carrior oil and took baths daily. I noticed my anxiety level diminished. Unfortunility when I returned to work, so did anxiety. I now use basil as a regular with my baths. I frequently add lemon or orange to bring even more of an uplift. The basil seems to add more than using citrus oils alone. It has a great value and goes along way.
