I don't think my last review got through, obviously the reviews reflect on this excellent oil. This is the first time I've ordered this (flavor), to me I could almost eat it. I can't get enough, this is by far the best cedarwood oil, the price and quality can't be beat! I like this better than atlas, a stronger smell Thanks again N.D.A.!

A very sweet, surprisingly inexpensive oil that brightens up many blends similar to how citrus does. I use it as an equivalent to franincense in mediative blends.

I add this to citronella eo to get a more pleasant smelling insect repellent. Great value.

I love the woodsy scent that the cedarwood himalayan adds to a floral blend. I used a few drops mixed with lavender and rose to give the blend a more "grounded" scent. I am also looking forward to blending it with bergamot and rosemary. At first, the cedarwood can seem a bit overpowering, but it mellows when it is mixed. I highly recommend for either feminine or masculine blends.

Right out of the bottle it was a bit stronger and muskier then I expected, however it smells great when I used it to scent my soaps. It is a scent that works well for both men and women.

Cedarwood Himalayan has a gamy, wild aroma that gives it a completely different edge compared with local cedarwood oils. I like the properties, especially for blending. It stands up very well to other strong EO's.

mmm, this Cedarwood seems to be more mild, soft and woody than the rest, very nice. Probably better vesion for the sedative properties of Cedarwood.

A great scent, very woodsy like you're camping. I thought it would be a great scent for men, but lots of women love it, it's kinda sexy smelling !

This is my favourite EO...I find it warm, soothing and intoxicating. Beautiful as a single note and a favourite ingredient in a blend of Himalayan Cedarwood, Basil and Lemon. I have tested it in soy candles, and have found the scent holds but is rather subtle.

This oil is the answer for anyone looking for just the right scent for their male clients. I consider this a very sharp, masculine scent, perfect for creating soaps and sport rubs geared toward males. It would also be great for using alone or in blends to re-create a "lodge" scent for use in saunas, or as room fresheners.

This essential oil is very precious in my soapmaking. It is a rich woody and balsamic smelling essential oil. I mix it with other balsamic essential oils. Its smell brings a feeling of well being and calm.

I have purchased other cedarwood himalayan oils from several other, very reputable, providers, and they have all smelt about the same, very nice, sweet, a little sharp. They were all more than satisfactory. I ordered cedarwood himalayan from new directions, and gave it a smell. This is some really good stuff!!! Much, much, better than any I have tried. It is "sweeter" a little softer and no bit on the "top". It, the fragrance, is also much more "defined", substantial, "thick" if you will. This cedar out-classes anyother cedar I have presently. There are so many varieties of cedarwood, this one is very similar to the Atlas varitey and is a Possible ABORTIFACIENT. Do not use if pregnant. I use it in my acne blend but does have many other uses like: anxiety, arthritis, bronchitis, catarrh, cellulite, confidence building, cystitis, dandruff, dermatitis, eczema, fungal infections, greasy skin, hair loss, rheumatism, skin eruptions, stress, ulcers. (Also known as Deodar Cedarwood oil.) Cedarwood is also a spiritual helper as well, and this one is of highest caliber.
