Fashioned after one of the most famous perfumes in the world, this fragrance is considered sophisticated as well as luxurious. Top notes of ylang, ylang, neroli and aldehydes blends into mid-notes of jasmine and exotic rose. Base notes of powder, vetiver, vanilla and sandalwood.

Sorry! This one has that strong, cheap perfume scent. It dominates if you mix it with anything to tone down the sweet. In CP soap, it smells very much like a cheap duplication.

I bought the first one in a small amount to see if I would like it. This is my second purchase of this scent and it is so absolutely beautiful that I went for the 16.6 oz bottle and already, it's almost gone. I love that it actually stays true even after the beating lye can do on these soaps It's intoxicating! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I cannot believe how much this fragrant oil smells like the real deal! i haven't tried it in cp yet, will start w/ M&P. I hesitated to buy this thinking "no way"...if you like Chanel No.5 you have got to try this one!

I absolutely love this Fragrant Oil, I have the perfume and FO smells much stronger, I put a small amount into body butter and it smells just wonderful make all your products to have this same scent and you will still have enough left to make many more batches.

My *8th* time buying this scent---picked up two bottles this time around! I can't believe that more people aren't discovering this wonderful spot-on duplication FO..or is it that they just don't write reviews? After 3 years, this STILL remains my best seller online and at shows, so much so that I've even started using it in my Solid Perfumes along with my Vegan Bars. Don't ever discontinue this NDA!!!

I got this one in last week and the scent is absolutely amazing! I opened the bottle and it made me think of things like a baby on a mother's lap, a sentimental heirloom, maybe pearls or fine china, a love letter written by a soldier's wife in the Civil War. This is my absolute favorite scent,I use it on a daily basis, and I can't make the soap fast enough.

A very good approximation of No 5. It doesn't quite have the depth that the original perfume had, but it's a dead ringer for the after-bath powder. I think this would make a nice lotion or shower gel, for those ladies who just can't get enough of No. 5. I've tried it in a bit of lotion, and it holds its scent very well.

This is my 6th time picking up this FO. I'm surprised it's not more popular by the looks of the reviews...I guess some people are afraid of it being an "old lady" smell--trust me, it's not---it IS however VERY VERY popular with the older crowd as well as middle-aged due to their memories associated with this scent. I sell out of this soap bar each and every show and it remains for the last 4 years my most popular soap scent on my website. Try it, you won't regret it.

Fifth time's a charm! You MUST try this scent...don't think that it's "old lady" or anything like that, because it really isn't. It's such a sophisticated and elegant fragrance that women clamor over in the big department stores (where a bar of Chanel No 5 Soap can run you sometimes THIRTY DOLLARS!!) Imagine offering it to customers for just a fraction of that price!

I'm back again for the 3rd time---or is it 4th? I've lost count! Anyhow, this is another winner from NDA---PLEASE make more fragrances available based off of famous perfumes. This is very popular with older ladies---translation---YOUNGER women buy it for their mothers and grandmothers. A very reminiscent fragrance for a lot of people.

I had to jump on this when I saw it...my mother wore this perfume all the time, so this scent is very special to me--reminiscent of when I was a little girl and I would walk into her closet and get hit by this scent...or watch her get ready for a night out and spritz some Chanel perfume on, and reminds me of the story she used to tell me about how she refused my father's advances as a teenager until he bought her this perfume one day to show her how much he liked her and it impressed her as it was "so so so expensive back then"...I'm really glad NDA offers it at a very reasonable price---thanks so much from the bottom of my heart. You gave me a piece of my childhood back.
