Thick and heavy Emu Oil has had the clear, light portions fractionated off leaving a thick, cream like product suitable for use by itself as a body cream. It also has the perfect texture and consistency for use in soaps, cosmetics, creams, lotions and more, yet as a customer you can expect the same great properties in a thicker form.
Extraction Method: Emu Oil is extracted using food grade solvents. It is fully Refined and Molecularly Distilled - Safety & Purity Assured. The molecular distillation removes unwanted toxins such as heavy metals, herbicides, pesticides, arsenic and other cancer causing toxins.
Aromatic Description: Emu Heavy is a milky yellow viscous oil with almost no odor.
Common Uses: Emu Oil is an effective agent on dry irritated skin and it won't clog pores! It has anti-inflammatory properties that help to reduce scarring, ease the discomfort of insect bites and reduce the healing times of burns. It is also reputed to help reduce swelling and joint pain, particularly in those areas where actual joints are closer to the skin such as hand, feet, ankles and knees. Emu Oil also helps to reduce bruising and stiffness in muscles.

This is just right for middle-age skin, especially the under-eye area. A small amount soothed onto the skin replenishes, softens and eases lines and wrinkles. This is a "feel good" oil. Use just a small amount as this is luxurious and takes awhile to come out of the bottle. The wait is worth it, though!

This adds a very soothing and nutritive addition to my applications. The packaging, however, leaves much to be desired. This is the consistency of a cream or lotion, and yet is packaged in a narrow mouthed bottle with a dropper top. I have to microwave the oil for one minute before it looses enough viscosity to be poured out of the bottle. This is very inconvienent. The heavy oil would be best packaged in a jar like a butter is.
