Contains: Peppermint, Rosemary, Lemon, and Eucalyptus Essential Oils

Characteristics: This essential oil synergy blend contains oils that together are considered uplifting and revitalizing. It works well in a nebulizing diffuser at the office.

Usage: These Synergy Blends are 100% Pure Essential Oils. We recommend a 3 to 5% dilution for topical body applications.

Cautions: It is possible that this blend may cause sensitivities; users are recommended to use these blends only in dilution and not as a replacement for traditional medicine.

Personally, I do not like using this in a diffuser. Diffuser oils I like to mix myself. However, this is great in my morning lotion routine or when mixed with my soaps during the morning shower.

This EO blend is so amazingly fresh ... I mix 1 Tablespoon of this Energy EO blend, add a dash of Catnip EO, Citronella EO and Lemon Myrtle EO, then add it to 4oz of distilled water in a green plastic spray bottle and use it as a natural insect repellent. Makes a lovely freshening spray for any area, too. Just shake gently to blend the water with the oils before spraying. It smells so fresh, my nose really picks up the lemon and the peppermint ... it's a very fresh and "energetic" smell. I am always pleasantly surprised at how many compliments I get during the summer when I've sprayed myself and my family with it, and people say "What is that? It smells so fresh!". Honestly it's my favorite of all the synergy blends, and makes a really refreshing bar of soap too. I'm buying my second round of it ... I absolutely love it!

I like this synergy blend. the smell is fantastic. I usually use it by mixing it with lotion after taken shower. peppermint and eucalyptus in the blend make me feel fresh, while lemon makes me full of energy.
