Just an addition to my previous review as I didn't mention a great insect repellent can be made with evening primrose when mixed with catnip oil and a few other pest controlling essential oils...... :)
Great for keeping summer pests at bay, and at this price, it can't be beat!

It is very hard to find this oil fresh. When I recieved it I was delighted to find it was not rancid, as many I had ordered from other companies were indeed starting to turn. Thanks New Directions!

THank you New Directions, your prices can't be beat! I use Evening Primrose as part of a blend of oils to make a Sea Salt body exfoliant. It has a rich consistency with a mild scent, and golden color. Only a small amount is needed. Be sure to mix it with other oils to extend the shelf life.
