This plant is native to Africa, with green leaves along the stem leading to a vibrant purple flowering head. Color: Clear to Slight Yellow Common Uses: Gia Essential Oil is well respected for it’s skin assisting properties; specifically, Gia is credited with working well on acne, eczema, and general skin blemishes. Blends well with: Gia is very versatile and tends to blend well with all other oils. However, it works particularly well with earthy oils. Consistency: Thick Note: Medium Strength of Aroma: Medium to Strong Aromatic Scent: Gia has a sweet tone that it pleasant, with slightly bitter herbaceous base note dimensions. History: This oil was steam distilled from wild crafted indigenous plants growing in the mountainous region of the eastern escarpment, in the Limpopo province situated in the Northern regions of the Republic of South Africa. Aroma has a few layers first with a skunky nutty smell - a bit earthy and then SWEET and perhaps a touch fruity at the end. Yes ND's products are all packaged very well - the kids and I have some fun with all the bubble wrap and even though it is a bit of a struggle to get everything out of the wrap nothing in any of my shipments is ever broken!
