An excellent natural remedy for treating infected wounds with MRSA along with manuka honey, active plus +++. The smell is very strong and earthy, but blended with other EO's it is one of the smartest choices.

This EO is incredible and well worth the price. Smells great for a more masculine scent and very invigorating on the skin. For those who are suffering with chronic skin problems that can't be resolved by the medical professionals, I highly recommend trying this essential oil. Mixed with 4 oz. vaseline or other choice of base, cosmetic grade charcoal, two drops Tea Tree, two drops Tumeric and two drops Hiba Wood. This essential oil makes a powerful healing ointment. Very pleased to see New Directions carry this!

An Amazing scent! Maybe difficult for beginners, and certainly uneasy to mix. But wow! Out of 170 or so EOs this was the most marking discovery. It is indeed woody, although it does not really remind me of cedar which is much sweeter. I'd personally place it closer to birch tar. To me it evokes an excellent cigar being smoked in a lush carpeted wooden library! Enchanting!
