Characteristics: The Immune Boost Essential oil synergy is composed of those oils that are attributed with immunity enhancing properties.

Usage: These Synergy Blends are 100% Pure Essential Oils. We recommend a 3 to 5% dilution for topical body applications.

Cautions: It is possible that this blend may cause sensitivities; users are recommended to use these blends only in dilution and not as a replacement for traditional medicine.

I like to mix my own diffuser blends even when sick. However this is a great product when you are knocked out with a bad flu to the point of not being able to move much. The smell is not overwhelming or nauseating, so it is absolutely perfect.

Just tried this blend today. The smell is just yummy...kind of sweet. I had a sore throat coming on, and the back of my throat was painful. Tucked a Kleenex with a few drops in the front of my shirt so that I can constantly inhale the aroma. A couple of hours later, I noticed that my throat has stopped hurting. This one gets a big thumbs up from me!

I would mix it will a little sunflower oil and and then rub it on the bottom of my feet every night before I go to sleep as well as in the morning. A few drops in a hot bath with epsom salt helps to keep the cold and flus away as well!

This is a lovely blend of oils, and even though there is eucalyptus in the blend, it is gentle enough (for most people) to use directly on the skin. It is also gentle enough to put in the bath; along with epsom salts, a good way to combat a cold. I also like to put it on the soles of the feet, and dab a little under the nose before bed. I love this blend!

I haven't used it for too much yet, but I love the scent. I've added it to a scrubbing soap and love the experience in the shower. I just open the bottle and take a sniff everyday. It's great!

Not a bad price for this great blend, I add Ravensara and thyme to this blend to really pack a punch against any infections or if I feel a cold coming on.
