Description: Also known as lanette SX wax, these pellets are a mixture of 90% Cetyl stearyl alcohol and 10% Sodium cetyl stearyl sulfate/Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, an anionic self-emulsifying base.
Appearance: Solid white pellets with little to no odor.
Uses: Lanette wax pellets are best suited as a binding and thickening agent for the preparation of cosmetic oil / water emulsions. Examples include creams, lotions, body butters, conditioners, face cleansers and baby products.
Compatibility: It is compatible with most animal, vegetable and mineral waxes and a large variety of natural and synthetic resins.

I love this wax ! I find it very stable both in heavy creams as well as in pump lotions. My emulsions turn out silky smooth, and the fragrances/essential oils disperse well even after the batch has cooled. Excellent product at a reasonable price. Thank you !
