Lemon Blend Butter

Lemon essential oil, with its zesty refreshing scent and high antiseptic properties, is blended with (non GM) soy butter to keep your skin well hydrated and smelling clean. Soy butter is rich in Vitamin E and lecithin which provide moisture to the skin. This wonderful formula has a pleasing, fresh lemon scent and a hint of yellow color. This blend is whipped to create a creamy consistency suitable for a massage butter or balm. It is also a great addition to soaps and any emulsion formulation such as creams and lotions.

Recommended Usage:
• Lotions & Creams: 5 – 20 %
• Balms: 5 – 100 %
• Bar Soaps: 5 - 20 %

When adding butters to creams and lotions, it might be necessary to gently warm them until the texture can be incorporated into the final product. Using a hand blender, create a vortex with your cream or lotion and drizzle your melted butter to fully incorporate. For addition in soaps, the general rule of thumb is 1 tablespoon per pound. As with most raw materials, results may vary, so we strongly recommend small, lab scale batches prior to any commercial manufacturing.

Shelf Life: This butter should be stored in a cool dark place and has a shelf-life of approximately 1 - 2 years when stored properly.

Note: The appearance of this blend may slightly vary from batch to batch due to natural ingredients present in this product such as essential oils.

If I could eat this stuff I would lol. This butter is amazingggggg-from the citrus scent to the nice creamy texture-I just love it. I purchased the lime, orange and tangerine as well. They are all just great. My favs are the lemon and lime. I will definitely be purchasing again. You guys are awesome.

UPDATE on my review below! Whipped some of the lemon, orange, lime, and tangerine butter together with some vitamin E, jojoba, & rice bran oil, glycerin, and added some sweet orange, lemon, tangerine, and grapefruit essential oils and whipped it all together with a mixer, and my oh my oh my is this butter blend so creamy and light, and smells absolutely delish ! You will not regret buying these butters. Can't wait to play with the coffee and the lavender butters also!
