I love lemongrass! Some of the medicinal properties and uses include: antifungal, antibacterial, antiparasitic, anti-inflammatory, regenerates connective tissues and ligaments, dilates blood vessels, improves circulation and promotes lymph flow! I have used (for myself and on clients) lemongrass for bladder/kidney problems, parasites, torn ligaments/muscles, fluid retention, it also helps with neuropathy (regenerates connective tissues). This is yet another of my favorites that I use on a daily basis...helps with stomach issues! I try to get all organic if possible but if not I use the regular too.
