Our Lab Colors are formulated specifically to work in all bath and toiletry products. They are made from D&C and FD&C dyes which means they are tested to be safe. They are also stable in low and high pH environments. This lab color is suitable for high pH products such as cold process soaps and low pH products such as creams, lotions, gels and melt and pour soap bases.
Uses: Lab Colors may be used by the drop or by mixing with water to give you the flexibility to either use them by the drop undiluted or if you prefer to mix them into liquids. The depth of color will vary depending on how much dye you add to your product.
To mix with water: add the contents of the 1/3 oz bottle to 8 ounces of water, or add contents of the 2/3 oz bottle to 16 ounces of water.

Easy does it! Start with just a drop or two 'til you know how much you really need or it may glow-in-the-dark (just kidding). It's a really great color and so easy to use. I like to use this color with a bit of brilliant blue and the clear melt and pour base, with the Margarita FO scent or even the Crisp Apple. They smell great and look really fresh! Will get this one again.

more of a 'glow in the dark' dayglo green than the soft apple green I was hoping for, but a good color for my margarita soap. Still hoping to find a gentler green labcolor.

whoa! holy Neon Green! what a fun color. .. i bought this for my apple bathbombs - they really stand out - i think i'll order the emerald next time for my apple bathbombs but never the less a neat color

The reviews on this product were so great, I thought I would get this lime color rather than a emerald. I put it in my M&P opaque soap today though, and it looked like a yellow highlighter! I was really surprised because the picture looked more like a melon... TOTAL BUMMER! On the other hand, this would be a good BRIGHT, NEON, color for a frog, or fun kids soap...

I'm a big fan of lab colours, that I can say!! When I used the Lime however I used quite a bit and got a florescent green of sorts on my soap. It was rather interesting and made it one of my most requested soaps because of that. A great way to make a funky kid's soap too! I highly recommend!

This colour is very versatile. You can use it "as is" for a nearly fluo colour or add a bit to your preparation. I made a mix of a bit of lime colour with powdered tea in my soap and had a wonderful result. It is a very good buy !
