Enriched with Sweet Almond and Jojoba Oils, our luxurious Lotion Base strengthens skin's natural moisture barrier to restore its beauty and radiance.
This base has been specifically formulated to be extremely robust. Essential Oils, fragrant oils, botanical extracts and various raw materials can be added in order to customize each product.

Usage: We recommend that no more than 5%-8% or 50-80 ml of any essential oil be added to a Liter our cosmetic bases. Exceeding this amount may destabilize bonds between the ingredients. Over time this may cause our bases to lose some of their luxurious properties including viscosity, smooth feel and rate of absorption.

Drum Orders:
• Price is FOB from our warehouse. UPS does not ship drums so shipping charges will be calculated in house with another courier or customers can request their preferred courier.
• Price includes bulk open head drum with plastic liner.
• A lead time of 3 weeks is needed in order to fill a drum order.
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required.
• Special orders for drums cannot be returned. We encourage our customers to try the smaller sizes before placing a special order for a drum. Our return policy is applicable to regular orders only.

I bought this awhile ago. I mixed a bit of silk peptide and phytokeratins along with the FO and it just lasts and lasts. A lot of the people I work with sampled this and really loved it! Since we in the nursing home business wash our hands a lot, it helps that it last through several washes without washing off. I think it must be the mineral oil and even though I'm not a big fan of petroleum by products this stuff actually Rocks. It's superb for elderly skin also, soothing and smoothing those flakes and dryness so often found in elderly skin. I've used other bases and this one is hands down the best.

Overall I really like this lotion. It is a bit on the thick side and takes a bit to absorb into the skin, but once it does it is smooth and silky - not greasy or sticky.

After experimenting as a first time maker of beauty and body products, I fine this to be a tried and true product. I shared with family and friends and had some left from last year. The EO and FO mixed well and the lotion is still retaining the fragrance and fine texture of the lotion. I will continue to use this as along as you produce it. This Lotion is absolutely amazing! By itself it works great leaving your skin super soft not greasy. It absorbs into the skin and last for a long time. A little really does go along ways. Once you add your Pure and Natural essential oils this lotion takes on a life of its own becoming even better than the stand alone base! I have even went as far as adding the stand alone base to my bar soaps and scrubs and let me tell you it improves them 100% leaving your skin super hydrated with a soft and silky feel plus your skin just looks soft to! Ok... I'm in loooove! This lotion base is AWESOME! Plain Jane - it melts right into your skin with no greasy or waxy coating and is great alone but add a bit of your favorite butters and SHAZAAM! You have just created a masterpiece! I have to have the worlds most sensitive skin and this stuff is perfect for my Egyptian Mix Hand, Face and Body Lotion (Myrrh, Frankincense and Patchouli E.O.s). This is a fantastic lotion by itself, let alone with EO's added to it! I'm very picky about lotions (I hate that greasy feeling!), but this stuff is beautifully silky and fast-absorbing. It's also nicely thick, but not too thick to easily mix or dispense. I've only made one simple scented mix so far, but I look forward to trying out different scents and additives!

This lotion arrived yesterday, I couldn't wait to try it! It's thick and rich, absorbs into the skin nicely with no sticky or oily residue. This lotion is a nice balance of effective product and ease of blending. It's thick. I found using a pump to get it from its ND packaging to my bottles made my life a lot easier. But it's good stuff so it's worth a little extra effort.
