Our Melt and Pour White Soap Base is the same formula as the Clear Soap Base. It is odor free and is cream to white in color. This Glycerin Soap base is ALL VEGETABLE OIL and contains no alcohol or harmful products to dry your skin! Glycerin, a natural emollient, draws moisture out of the air to benefit skin health. It cleanses without stripping or upsetting the delicate natural pH balance necessary for soft, healthy skin. And, since we don't use animal oils, our soap rinses clean and leaves no soapy film behind. All our soap bases are produced from the highest quality double distilled and deodorized clear coconut oil, forming luxurious lather and sparkling clarity.
Usage: A two pound brick can make between 10 - 20 soaps, depending on the size of the soap youre trying to make.

Caution: When making soaps it is good to remember that the Melt & Pour Bases contain water as part of the formula. So if they are left exposed to the atmosphere, the water will evaporate and the bar of soap will shrink. We would recommend fully wrapping the ENTIRE soap bar as soon as it is poured and cooled--this should minimize/eliminate any shrinkage.

In all the years I have been ordering from NEW I came across something I wasn't very impressed with. I have always used the clear base and always received excellent colors from it. Thought I'd save some time and try the white. I had a very hard time getting color at at all. Found myself using 3x times the amount and only got pastel like colors. Also, had an extremely hard time with lather. Think I'll stick with the more versatile clear.

Very nice soap, I was So surprised how easy it is to make! This base holds fragrance very well, and I will be repurchasing. I wish it would have more of a rich lather, however I ordered the Olive Oil base, which is supposed to be great for that!

I ordered this soap base and made some soap along with spearmint oil. The soap came very nice. This is my first time making soap. I wish they do better packaging when they sent these because mine came cracked in the corner. Overall the soap base is great.

I tried this soap and made a batch yesterday. This soap is different from other M&P's. Quality is unparalleled to my experience. It lathers really well and holds scent well. The soap has a glossy look to it after it hardens and feels really hard. Leather is not fluffy (which is a good thing), it feels moist and creamy.. I can not comment on the price..... As I believe the writing is on the wall : Unbeatable.. One thing I can warn about... the soap hardens FAST and I mean FAST. It does not give you as much time as other soaps to work with... In conclusion, this is the BEST MP soap I have ever seen.

This is a great value! I dont think I have seen cheaper priced melt and pour before, and its also an awesome product. Its way soapier and foamier than other melt and pours I have used. I would receommend this, and I will be buying again!

Hmm...what can I say that I haven't already noted below in my many other reviews of this base...(told ya I keep coming back for more!!)...oh yes--it arrives very *clean* You know how sometimes you can order a 25lb block of base from a supplier and because it was probably poured outdoors there's bits of debris embedded into the base? Sometimes a website will even note that in their listings because they expect it to happen..ugh. I hate picking those things out. NDA is definately more careful, more hygenic, and more conscientious not only about the products themselves, but also how they are presented to their customers! The stark white base arrives perfectly smooth and clean, carefully sealed in the large plastic bag and box it was poured into, with minimal creasing throughout the plastic, and is just a gorgeous sight to behold when you easily slide it out of the box. My only complaint? That I don't have the space or order 200+ lbs of it at once!

Stephenson's bricks are so easy to work with in the 2 KG size, less messy than the blocks although they work just as well too. For ease of use so easy to cut up and top notch quality Stephenson's soap simply cannot be beat. I am remain an impressed fan of all of Stephenson's soap products!
