Description: The Peppermint plant is a summer-growing perennial with upright square stems reaching three feet in height at maturity.

Color: Colorless to pale yellow liquid.

Common Uses: Peppermint Supreme Essential Oil is widely credited with being a digestive aid. Peppermint leaves contain menthol, which is a proven aid to digestion. The familiar aroma of Mentha piperita is known for both its warming and cooling properties. Friendly to the sinuses, peppermint is also useful to the muscular system, especially for women during monthly cycles or menopause. Properties include being refreshing, a mental stimulant and energizing. It relieves bad breath and is a good nerve tonic that helps with mental fatigue and nervous stress.

History: Peppermint oil is one of the world's oldest medicinal herbs with documented use in ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome.

Cautions: Peppermint Supreme Essential Oil should be used well diluted since high concentration can cause a burning sensation and sensitization. Avoid use during pregnancy.

This is really a "supreme" peppermint oil. Use it with eucalyptus to make a nasal inhaler. Just a tad. But is it ever powerful. I've been on the 3.3 oz bottle for a very long time, because as others have said, "a little goes a long way!"

I read that peppermint oil was used for cold sores and had the opportunity to test this yesterday when some appeared on my lip. I am still amazed that this did in a day what my prescription cream does in several. This oil mixed in castille soap makes a fine body wash/liquid soap

Peppermint essential oil has long been my pharmacy-in-a-bottle for multiple medicinal purposes as well as a household cleaning oil and to blend in homemade air fresheners. Although I prefer the scent of the organic peppermint essential oil which I usually buy from another online supplier, this one is fine and actually stronger, and once I become accustomed to this scent I'll probably like its scent just as well.. It gets a 5* rating for the apparent quality and the unbeatable price.

This peppermint oil not only worked fantastically to raise the vibration levels in my room, but it was also great for headaches. I just rubbed a drop onto the affected areas of my head, and the pain just about disappeared. The smell is just uplifting.

Keeps mice and Rats away! Great rodent repellent! Also insects such as fleas and ticks do not like this EO. Works wonderful in incense sticks and cones. This is absolutely the best Peppermint EO I've ever used.

This is some of the best, and my favorite kind of Peppermint oil. It has a strong pleasant scent with a hint of sweetness, but is not overpowering and can be inhaled for as long as you have the capacity to do so. You won't want to miss this oil! Also, I love the droppers on the smaller bottles! I've been buying a smaller dropper bottle and then a bigger one later to refill it, and it's been working out great.

Has a great ability to wake you up. I put it in a roll-on bottle and keep it in the car for long drives - just roll it on my upper lip and the tingling sensation and intense peppermint scent keeps me awake and alive.

Wow, I had a little indigestion from eating at Mexican Restaurant. Put a little peppermint oil on Q-tip and rubbed on stomach area and went to bed. Apparently my thumb and finger next to it got some, but it could not have been much, oil on them. Put them up to my nose WOW, then took a deep breath and could feel the peppermint going down to the depths of my lungs. You can bet next time i have a cold this will be part of the treatment. Also went to sleep with no problem and no further indigestion.

I have been using this Peppermint for a year. It helps alleviate the disomfort of mild inflammation during a deep tissue massage, and livens up hot, tired feet. My clients love it! One client suggested blending it with vanilla, and it really sweetened up the fragrance.

I have used some great oils and studied their medicinal properties. Peppermint is the number 1 pain block oil, along with aiding in stomach upset--indigestion, fatigue, bad breath, depression, put it in the humidifier, bath, hand soap dispenser, shampoo etc... I can not say enough about Peppermint oil. You can not go wrong with peppermint...I highly recommend this particular oil whether you prefer Organic or regular.
