Usage: These Synergy Blends are 100% Pure Essential Oils. We recommend a 3 to 5% dilution for topical body applications.

This is one of the best products I've ever purchased. Since I'm brand new at combining oils, it's great to be able to purchase blends pre-mixed by the New Directions experts! I especially like this one for those nights when you just can't calm down enough to sleep. I rub a few drops on my temples, nape and the crook of my elbow, so that when I curl up, I get a nice whiff before drifting off. It's a high quality product and it WORKS!

This blend of eo has a nice smell, though I personally prefer both the smell and the stimulation of lavendar French essential oil alone. I find that these synergy blends are an economical way for consumers to use a blend of different essential oils without having to pay for these individual oils separately.

The mix is very "perfume-like". At first, the perfume smell (I think the Lavender) is so strong that I can't sleep, however after it has settled, it is amazing. After that, there is a fruity smell that is wonderful. I spray it on our sheets and pillows every morning, so that at night, the smell is still on the sheets. I feel so relaxed when I lay down for bed because of this. I bought this for when I wake up during the night, and can't fall back asleep. It helps me fall asleep, which is nice when I wake up at 4 AM.

I love this blend! Perfect for unwinding those frazzled nerves after a crazy day. The aroma is mainly lavender, but the other EOs keep it from smelling all flowery. More of a hip, unisex scent than granny smell. My husband evens likes it. Works particularly well in linen sprays. Makes our sheets smell great and knocks us out every time. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...
