Sodium bicarbonate Description: Sodium Bicarbonate is a white, crystalline powder. Sodium bicarbonate is often used to make bath bombs, as it is skin soothing, water softening, and effervescent, deodorizing, stimulating. It draws oils and impurities from the skin.

I use natural soda in my tub truffles and detox deodorant and am very happy with its texture and the fact that it's additive-free.
