Sodium Bicarbonate is a white, crystalline powder. It is often used to make bath bombs, as it has skin soothing, water softening, and effervescent, deodorizing and stimulating properties. It also draws oils and impurities from the skin leaving it smooth and clean.

I made my first bath bombs with the Sodium Bicarbonate and the Citric Acid I just purchased from NDA. They are both fine, very pure white powders with no lumps or clumps and are easy to mix. I tried the Red Currant & Thyme Tea, Watermelon and Amber fragrance oils to make different bombs and wow, they are super fizzy and fragrant!

Having commented on the pricing below, I do affirm my appreciation for the product itself! I use natural soda in my tub truffles and detox deodorant and am very happy with its texture and the fact that it's additive-free.
