I agree these containers are imposable to clean. There is a black residue left over from machining that seems to be never ending. I wash the container thinking it is clean and filled them with body butters only to discover that when the rim is wiped before adding lids there is a black residue. If anyone knows how to clean these please fill me in. I have also ordered the small containers and have had the same problem with the lids however the larger containers are fine if you don't consider the washing issue.

I ordered the .68 oz canister for lip balms. I did not like this product the lids were either too tight or too loose. they were packaged inconviently, and they were very dirty inside.

Excellent!!! Look great!!! Lid's fit perfectly. I ordered samples of several sizes, they are are all wonderful. I like the 8.5 oz size for foaming bath butter. Very high class!
