This is an intensive, rich all over body moisturizer which nourishes and regenerate dry and damaged skin. This new formulation is faster absorbing, leaves no sticky feeling, robust enough for complex customizations and is easier to spread while still maintaining the look and feel of a premium product.
Made from some of the most natural and mild ingredients, our Ultra Premium Body Butter does not compromise on quality. It has been carefully formulated to be extremely robust and receptive to essential oil, fragrant oil, natural botanicals and colors. Users will find our Ultra Premium Body Butter Base easily absorbs into the skin.

Usage: We recommend all additives not exceed six percent of the total volume.

I just received my product-less than an hour ago! I was afraid but have to say it is just as the majority of reviews read-WONDERFUL! I added a little orange colorant to give it a mango vibe and added some cranberry peach vanilla fragrance. Its simply lovely!

My clients, customers & other massage therapists I work with just love this body butter!! It's amazing how moisturizing it is but doesn't leave them feeling greasy. Also it's an outstanding product that is perfect that it doesn't have Sulfates & is Paraben free. I use this Body Butter with ND's Lotion base. It makes for a fabulous lotion that I cant keep in stock due to high demand. It leaves your skin soft and silky. It also helps with problem dry skin by hydrating it, and locking in the moisture. My customers love how they can wash their hands, and yet they are still soft and silky from the lotion I create using New Direction products. I also use this body butter in my soap as well by melting it down and adding it to my Melt and Pour soap Base. When using the specially blended soap your skin is super soft. Thanks New Directions for carrying such superb items!

I love all of new directions products so as a whole, I give you 5 stars. I have used other products but keep returning to NDA! I would love some feedback on this product- looking for a more natural ingredient derived lotion base and I'm curious if anyone has diluted it a bit to go into a pump bottle? I received my order of this body butter today and it is amazing. It is good and thick just like I wanted and has NO chemical smell what so ever, to me it really has no smell. It is not greasy and just absorbs right into the skin. I have not mixed it with my colorant and FO yet, but I will let you guys know how that turns out.

Very grateful there is an option that's petroleum-free; I will have to try some now. My heart just sank when I read the ingredient list for the other Body Butter; nearly everyone in my family reacts poorly to petroleum jelly and mineral oil, so I have built an entire product line around NOT using them. I specialize in gourmand aromas, as well, so... Yay! =^.^=

I agree with most of the other reviews, this is an exceptional product. To clarify, there is no cocoa butter in the ingredients, rather coconut oil. I agree that the butter has its own powerful scent that smells more citrus rather than cocoa (chocolate) smell. I have found with small portions of this product that it is quite difficult to get EO's to blend. And all of my customers love this butter...very nourishing.

I ordered this product from maybe over a year ago, and never got around to writing a review until now. Since the product is at least one year old, I'm not sure if there is a new formulation. The cream base itself is wonderful - very creamy, and moisturizing. However, I think the natural cocoa scent, however nice it is, can mask the scent of the EOs that I try to add. Also, I think it would be nice if it sinks into the skin better. Nevertheless, it is a very nice cream. Maybe this applies to just an older formulation of this cream...

Just received my order from NDA and I love this body butter. I hardly smell the cocoa butter, and it just melts into my skin. I think I'm going to love playing with this one!! Can't wait to add stuff to it, to make it our own!! Someone complained about it being hard to get to in the jar it comes in, but we find that a long spatula or a spoon remedy's that problem. I'll post again once I mix some concoctions up!!

I love this body butter and it is a customer favorite. It does mix well with my essential oil blend. I find it is excellent to use all over, but especially on dry feet! One suggestion: it would be a LOT more user friendly if the gallon container were in a bucket shape, like an ice cream pail, rather than a jar with an opening that is narrower than the base. It is very hard to get out of the container without getting an arm full of product.

The product performs well and moisturizes like a dream, but I'm with Bernadette's husband...too hard to spread. I play with these products for fun and found this stuff really difficult to get out of the tub and to mix the oils into because it is soooo thick. But if you have dry skin this will solve all of your problems!

I love the product. The natural scent out of the container is refreshing. It can take scent, but you'll need more than usual to over power the original scent. The product is thick and creamy and feels great on the skin. I've had great feedback on my trial products so far.

Love the Body Butter by itself, but it’s not very good with EO's or any fragrance. No matter what ratio of fragrance, the only scent is the coco butter. Other then the coco butter fragrance, my clients love this Body Butter.

This has become a real hit with my buyers. Packaged in your fancy Calypso jars, this body butter is an outstanding high-end product. It looks expensive in these fantastic jars and then, when you actually apply it, you know that this is quality body butter. I didn't add any fragrance to see how it would sell and have not been disappointed with the results!

This butter has a wonderful feeling!!! The only drawback is that I could not get my fragrance oil to hold at the recommended 5ml, even after doubleing the ratio the scent did not hold...all that could be smelt is cocoa butter.

Robust is definately the word!!! This butter is thick and yummy. There is a distinctive smell of cocoa butter, but so far, no one is complaining. Holds EO's and Fragrance well. A keeper!!
