Description:
Our Melt and Pour Olive base is a glycerin soap base that is transparent with a slightly green hint of color. This base contains functional amounts of olive oil which acts as a great moisturizer for the skin.
Glycerin, a natural emollient, draws moisture out of the air to benefit skin health. It cleanses without stripping or upsetting the delicate natural pH balance necessary for soft, healthy skin. And, since we use no heavy animal oils, our soap rinses clean and leaves no soapy film behind. All our soap bases are produced from the highest quality double distilled and deodorized clear coconut oil, forming luxurious lather and sparkling clarity.

Ingredients: Purified Water, Glycerin, Sodium Stearate, Olive Oil, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES), Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Sodium Chloride
Shelf Life: Minimum 1 year from date of purchase.
Caution: When making soaps it is good to remember that the Melt & Pour Bases contain water as part of the formula. So if they are left exposed to the atmosphere, the water will evaporate and the bar of soap will shrink. We would recommend fully wrapping the ENTIRE soap bar as soon as it is poured and cooled--this should minimize/eliminate any shrinkage.

Highly recommend this soap base. Its transparent nature makes it work well with a variety of colors and scents and additives. Feels great on the skin. By far the highest quality olive soap base I have ever used, and now that I have discovered NDA, I will only get my supplies here.

I just got my MP olive soap today and have already made a batch of Red Currant and Thyme Tea Soap!!! YUMMY!! This is such a luxurious soap. It made my skin all smooth while I was cutting it up ;) I can tell this one will be a hit and am now on my way to buy more!!

I absolutely love this product. The olive oil soap base is wonderfully silky and that is how it makes my skin feel after using. I have used finely chopped scraps to add to oatmeal bath sachets. Super moist and skin softening.
