Rating: Based on my limited olfactory references, this smells like citrus foresty pine. I think that if some kind of woodsy scent were combined with it, it would smell exactly like a sauna.

Rating: Wow, this oil is fantastic! Fresh, clean, evergreen with a subtle fruityness that keeps me intrigued and coming back for more. While I say clean, it does not draw memories of cleaning products, but rather a wooded walk in crisp, cool air. Relaxing, yet invigorating at the same time.. Also, while looking over the quality and regulatory information, I noticed this oil is wild crafted, which adds great appeal, and leaves me unquestionable as regards to quality. Fantastic!
Rating: This is a very nice oil! It is fresh and bright, like standing in an evergreen forest. While most recognize this as more of a holiday scent, I prefert to make forest type fragrances to diffuse in the summer.
Rating: My husband loves this smell. Smells just like Christmas trees!

Rating: This is a good EO. I would like it to have a stronger scent once put into the CP soap. It doesn't always smell like Fir Needle after sitting on the shelf for a while. Perhaps mixing it with another scent would be a good solution to that problem.
Rating: Nice Fir Fragrance at a nice price. Excellent in blends. Great quality.

Rating: I have fir needle essential oil from another supplier and I cannot believe the difference in scent and probably quality too. I live in the country surrounded by woods and this oil from NDA smells just like the fir trees growing in my back yard, very true strong fir needle scent with just a slight touch of sweet. This is exactly what I wanted and better than I expected.

Rating: This is a fantastic e/o! I've mixed it with some pine for a great outdoor forest smell in my HP soap that reminds us all to well of the winter season too! This is as good as grabbing a handful of fir needles off the tree!
By:Garrett, Cedar City, Utah Top ReviewerDate: Loyal Customer Since: 14-Apr-2010
Rating: I ordered this to diffuse during the holiday season and I'm glad I did.

Rating: More herbaceous than sweet. I hate to say it, but it's almost terpentiney.... The last Fir I had bought (from another co) was almost sickeningly sweet - so compared to that, this is more of a "real" scent.
Rating: This was my Christmas tree substitute this past year, I love it and a little goes a long way in the oil burner.
By:Monique, Pembroke Pines, Florida Top ReviewerDate: Loyal Customer Since: 25-May-2008
Rating: It is my favorite EO for Christmas season. Mix few drops of Fir needle, Spruce, Pine and Lemon or Lime in your diffuser and you just don't know when to stop....maybe in the springtime. Also the price is very good.

By:Tracey, Toronto, Ontario Top ReviewerDate: Loyal Customer Since: 09-Nov-2005
Rating: Is a great oil for blending a woodsy scent for the diffuser. Blend with Cedarwood and Juniper and lemon. Smells great.
By:Vanice, Cambridge, Ontario Top ReviewerDate: Loyal Customer Since: 09-Nov-2005
Rating: Smells like fresh cut Christmas trees, soft and well rounded. Very lovely just on its own, but is awesome blended with Cedarwood Virginian.
By:Karen, Spring Hill, Florida Top ReviewerDate: Loyal Customer Since: 04-Dec-2007
Rating: This smells exactly like I rubbed fir branches between my hands. Very refreshing. I use it in a sinus soothing blend as well as a holiday blend with citrus and spices. Thanks NDA!
Rating: Nice scent without being overpowering. Good price too.

Rating: I cannot be without this essential oil. I even use it in my soaps. It is supposed to be irritating for the skin but I make a high percentage shea butter soap with ucuuba butter and there is no problem for the skin then ! This oil's smell makes you feel relaxed and awakened. It is calming and makes you feel renewed.
This essential oil's scent is truly "fir needle", nothing else.
By:Louise, Montreal, Quebec Top ReviewerDate: Loyal Customer Since: 09-Nov-2005
Rating: I love its fresh outdoor scent, really feels like a big oil and not much is needed for full effects. Especially with a heavy chest during flu season. This one is a great quality fir and a very good price.
