Rating: Smells amazing, is amazing, and looks amazing. Is not phototoxic so I can use it even if the sun is out and still smell like a basket of fresh peeled mandarins. Love love love in my masks!

Rating: Mild, sweet, more like tangerines, not overpowering like I thought it would be. Very pleasant!
By:Leanne, Osage, Iowa Top ReviewerDate: Loyal Customer Since: 01-Aug-2016
Rating: Mandarin Essential Oil is a sweet candy-like scent without a lot of sharpness. It smells like tangerine, but is a lot softer, warmer and more pleasant. The scent isn't invasive or overbearing, so it'd work great in a natural cologne or perfume. Not sure how well it would hold up in soaps though, but am looking forward to trying it out.

Rating: this is a lovely EO. Although I have a pretty darn good nose it's so close to tangerine - like a bloodhound could tell the difference, maybe. But in blends it's so similar to me. Anyhow, it is citrus in good form. In blends gives that fresh yet candy feel. Uplifting and not sharp. Nice one ND

Rating: I really like this oil. I am not one for the citrus oils but this one is really nice especially with Lavendar. The two together make a great relaxing linen spray. It has a sweet smell as opposed to the more sharp bitter scents of the other citrus oils.

Rating: This oil makes me salivate every time I smell it. It has an amazing sweet citrus scent that isn't too sweet or strong. It's definitely one of my favorite orange EO. Love it and it has a permanent spot in my collection.

Rating: I like this scent a lot. I picked this scent not knowing what this was going to smell like and I'm so glad I got it!
Rating: This is the most sophisticated citrus in my collection. It has a gentle floral quality to it and I find it to be less juicy than other citrus oils. I love it.
By:Amanda, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Top ReviewerDate: Loyal Customer Since: 23-Jan-2010
Rating: Has more of a citrus note, then the Bergamont, very gentle smell.
By:Marilyn, Newmarket, Ontario Top ReviewerDate: Loyal Customer Since: 09-Nov-2005

By:Paula, St. John's, Newfoundland Top ReviewerDate: Loyal Customer Since: 09-Nov-2005

Rating: I'm new to the world of essential oils and by no means an expert, but I know what I like and I do love this succulent Mandarin! The scent is joyful and sweet. I love to place a few drops in my dishwashers vent and the scent diffuses through the kitchen so sweetly. Mandarin is a happy place to be! I couldn't be more pleased with the discoveries I have made here at New Directions Aromatics. Thanks again!

Rating: What a wonderful oil.......It smells delicious, and works better than any sleeping aid. I used to have trouble falling asleep, now I put a couple of drops on my pillow and I am out like a light. It is totally relaxing, and also perfect for small children.
When my grand daughter is restless I rub a few drops on her feet and she is relaxed and happy in less then 15 minutes..........Not enough is said about Mandarin but truly no home should be without it....and the price is unbelievable. Thanks New Directions

Rating: This is definitely for people who enjoy citrus EO's, but don't want the super strong scent of lemon, or the super light scent of grapefruit...this is beautifully set right in the middle. Very yummy!
Rating: I really like this oil, it smells clean and sweet but it is not cloying. It reminds me of dessert!!

Rating: I have yet to clean with or use this EO in any way where people don't stop and say, "Wow that smells good!" I am a lifelong citrus fan and can smell a fake a mile away but this is the real deal. Just imagine how a mandarin smells when you are peeling it and that is what's in the bottle!

Rating: Think of sweet orange, subtract its characteristic overpowering scent, and you have mandarin. Subtle, citrus, fresh, and 'orangy.' Delightful to say the least.
