Rating: I have not made this in soap yet but I've already ordered a second bottle because I absolutely can't keep it in stock in my wax melts. People love love love it. You could add a touch of maple fragrance oil for a sweeter scent but I love it exactly as is and so do my customers. This will remain permanent in my line up.

Rating: I agree with Megan below, all I could smell was cinnamon. No "bun" no "vanilla" just cinnamon. One star seems a bit harsh to rate this one. Plus, a funny thing happens when you call your soap "Cinnamon Bun".....people smell a cinnamon bun. If you are unsure about ANY fragrance you should buy a sample size first...they're cheap.

Rating: I have been ordering from New Directions for about a year now because of your high quality butters and fruit extracts. With the recent $100 minimum, I had to purchase a few fragrance oils to up my total. One of the oils that was purchased was your Cinnamon Bun. It is described as a pastry type with notes of nutmeg and ginger. It is described as buttery and sweet. This unfortunately is not what I received. The cinnamon bun that I received smells of a Red Hot candy. It is pure spicy cinnamon. With an experienced soapers nose, I can not detect anything but cinnamon. A slight vanilla base note can be detected after a few moments. This vanilla in very minimal and is still over powered by the spicy cinnamon. My frustration lies not only with the fact that the fragrance is falsely advertised, but also that I only had to purchase it to raise my cart total. My suggestion would be that you either reformulate the fragrance to fit the description or rewrite the description to match the fragrance.
