DIRECTIONS AND SUGGESTED USAGE

• Perfumes, Cosmetics, and Balms: Use Menthol Crystals at a recommended level of 0.5 - 8% to impart a cooling sensation, invigorate the senses, and enhance the overall formulation with their refreshing scent and beneficial properties.

• Aromatherapy Inhaler: Combine 1 tsp. Menthol Crystals, 15 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil, and 5 drops Rosemary Essential Oil into a small amber glass bottle. Cap the bottle and shake well to ensure thorough mixing. To use, uncap the bottle and take a few deep breaths through the nose. This can be repeated up to three times with short breaks in between each session.
