Extraction Method: Cold Pressed
Description: Pumpkin Seed oil is much more popular in Europe where it is valued for its skin healing properties (specifically sores, inflammations). Aromatherapists are also beginning to value this oil for its high protein, zinc, and polyunsaturated fats.

Shelf life: Pumpkin Seed oil is slow to go rancid; users can expect a shelf life of 6 Months to 1 Year with proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). Refrigeration after opening is recommended.

A nice thick and dark oil chock full of nutrients and minerals. It does have a distinct aroma and may be too dark to use in CP soap unless you want a very natural looking bar. A very popular skin care ingredient in Europe, and I am planning to include this oil to my products to nourish and treat my mother’s mature skin!
