Shea Butter has a long history, and is now commonly used on dry skin, in moisturizing applications and as a massage butter by itself. Cocoa Butter is similar but with a longer shelf life due to its anti-oxidant properties. Mango Butter shares many of the same properties, only it is nearly fragrance free. For that reason it is used most often in formulations rather than as a stand alone product, while Olive Butter is very similar to Shea Butter but with the properties of Olives. We also carry three exotic Amazonian Butters. These too have excellent moisturizing and emollient properties, as well as being easy to market. They have to be tried to be truly appreciated.
