How do I create my Loyalty Account?
To sign up for the Loyalty Program, you must have an account. If you already have an account, you can register for the Loyalty Program by clicking "CREATE YOUR FREE ACCOUNT" at the bottom of this page. After a brief survey, your registration will be complete.
How do I access my Loyalty Account?
To access your Loyalty Account, please ensure you are signed in to your New Directions Aromatics account. Once signed in, you will see a banner with the text “You have XX Drops in your “Account”. Click on “Account” and you will be directed to your Loyalty Account page.
How do I earn Drops?
The main way is by shopping: every $1 you spend (excluding tax) earns you 1 Drop. To see all the ways you can earn Drops, please refer to the “Ways to earn points” section on your Loyalty Account page.
Do Drops apply to taxes?
Drops are earned on your order subtotal, excluding tax. So the value of the products you purchase is what counts toward your Drops balance.
How many Drops do I need for a coupon?
You can redeem at four tiers: 500 Drops for a $5 coupon, 1,000 Drops for $10, 1,500 Drops for $15, and 2,000 Drops for $20. To see your available rewards, go to the “Rewards” tab in your Loyalty Account. Simply choose the coupon you'd like when you're ready to redeem.
How do I redeem Drops for rewards?
To redeem Drops for rewards, select the “Click Here To Redeem” button in the Loyalty Banner at the top of your page (note – you will only be able to see this banner once signed in and registered with the Loyalty Program). If you have enough Drops to redeem a reward, you will see a “Redeem” button. Click the button. To apply the coupon to the items in your cart, click “Apply”. To save the coupon for later, click “Ok”.
When do I receive Drops for placing an order?
Drops are applied to a Loyalty Account as soon as payment has been made for an order. If payment has not yet been made, you will see “pending” drops in your Loyalty Account.
Do my Drops or Coupons expire?
Yes - Drops expire 365 after they are earned. Coupons also expire 365 days after they are redeemed.
