Product Abstract: This is an evergreen tree which can grow up to 20 meters high with dark green, glossy leaves and black berries. Bay was very popular with the Romans, who thought it was a symbol of wisdom, peace and protection. The Latin laudis means 'to praise', which is why the victors at the Olympic Games were presented with a laurel wreath made of bay leaves.
Cautions: Dilute before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided.
Storage: It is recommended that oils packaged in metal containers (for safe shipping), be transferred into dark glass containers to maintain freshness and attain maximum shelf life.

Rating: I am very pleased with the quality of this bay. The scent is very potent and really shines when blended with orange. I like to add a carrier oil and blend this with eucalyptus for an effective rub for sore joints and muscles. Thanks NDA!

Rating: This is the best for men's cologne, it has that perfect outside evergreen smell to it. I love it!! 5 stars. I mixed it in men's cologne and it rounded up the other oils perfectly.

Rating: wonderful scent for a men's cologne! Sharp and fresh. The only "down" side is that it's really strong and can be very overwhelming, especially since it comes out of the bottle pretty quickly. Therefore, I'd recommend diluting it before you pour if you only want to use a little bit.

Rating: This amazing scent is much deeper than other Evergreens. It diffuses well and will fill an area faster than other EOs. It makes a strong statement.

Rating: Great Bay oil! this is the WEST INDIAN type not the BAY LAUREL( Laurus nobilis) the noble bay tree of classical literature. This one is an essential oil used in many hair products for dandruff, greasy lifeless hair and scalp stimulation. Use in moderation for aches and pains, colds, infectious diseases, neuralgia, poor circulation, promoting hair growth, rheumatism, sprains, strains. (Also known as Bay, bay Leaf Oil, Bay Rum Oil, Bayberry, Myrcia, Myrcia acris, Pimenta acris.) Highly recommended.
