It’s enriched with nutrients that breathe new life into skin and hair.  Commonly used as a mask, it tightens and exfoliates the skin, promoting hydration.

The Dead Sea is the most saline body of water in the world with a mineral concentration of approximately 32%, according to The Dead Sea Research Center at the Ben Gurion University of the Negev. Mud from the Dead Sea has a high content of salts and minerals thought to be essential for the body, and that are widely used in Pelotherapy. Dead Sea Mud helps cleanse and draw out impurities from the skin, and tighten and tone the complexion, giving it a refreshed look.

DIRECTIONS & SUGGESTED USAGE

• Mud Facial: Apply Dead Sea Mineral Mud as a mask and leave it until somewhat dry, then rinse and moisturize. After a few minutes, soften and remove the mask with a soaked towel. Pat your face dry with a soft towel and apply a moisturizer or regular face cream. To enhance the mask’s scent, mix 1 tsp Dead Sea Mud with 3 drops of your preferred essential oil and 1 drop of Lavender Essential Oil. A patch test is always recommended before use.
• From Sea to Shower: Smooth Dead Sea Mineral Mud over wet hair and scalp. Leave it on for 10-20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with a gentle shampoo. Repeat rinsing if needed to remove all residue. Pat hair dry and apply conditioner or Coconut Oil.

Color/Consistency:

The color of a batch can range from dark grayish black to dark or even light gray, as mud tends to appear lighter in color during summer and darker in winter due to moisture levels and environmental factors. 

Due to the nature of this product and its richness in natural minerals such as Sulfur, Calcium, Silica, Magnesium, and Iron, the smell and color of Dead Sea Mineral Mud can vary depending on season, weather, and extraction conditions. 

Aromatic Description:

Dead Sea Mud has a natural scent characteristic of mud and may also have a strong odor due to its high Sulfur content. Since our product does not contain any added scents, the smell can strengthen over time due to the presence of various natural minerals. 

Please note that this product is not fragranced and may have a very mild odor similar to that of seawater.

Storage: No special restrictions when storing with other products. Keep container closed when not in use to prevent exposure to air. To maintain product quality, do not store in heat or direct sunlight. Do not store close to strong oxidizing agents which could aggravate any fire situation.

Housekeeping: Upon receiving the 25 kg containers of the mud, please do not throw out the water sitting on top of the mud as the water-soluble preservative is suspended in it. Please thoroughly mix the contents of the container before using it or storing it.
