Common Uses: St. John’s wort is a plant with yellow flowers that has been used in traditional European medicine as far back as the ancient Greeks. The use of St John’s Wort is well known for its effective healing properties. It also has excellent skin toning and clarifying abilities.
Please note: Our St John’s Wort oil is suitable for cosmetic applications and is produced using dried flowers and herbs and hence the lack of red color. Red color is possible only when fresh flowers are used in the summer season. ( For this reason, the red colored St John’s Wort tend to be vastly more expensive).
Cautions: St. John's Wort Oil may cause photosensitivity. Users should avoid direct sunlight after application.
Storage: It is recommended that oils packaged in metal containers (for safe shipping) be transferred into dark glass containers to maintain freshness and attain maximum shelf life.
