Rating: This is the best lavender fragrance oil I've ever smelled. It's by far the most photo-realistic. It smells nearly identical to my essential oils (except for the Bulgarian Lavender). This fragrance oil smells like the slightly musky, slightly camphorous variety of lavender; nothing like the Bulgarian Lavender Essential Oil which has an aromatic fruity and woody quality. I like this fragrance oil a lot, but I would also like to try the French Lavender Fragrance Oil.
It smells great and holds up well in products. I will definitely repurchase!

Rating: Hands down the best Lavender FO I have ran into. Very close to the EO. It is very well rounded and performs great in CP soap.
Rating: I am thrilled thrilled thrilled with this product. While I use African lavender essential oils in my soaps and wax melts normally I decided to try this as a lower cost alternative. It smells very real and almost identical to a true lavender essential oil. Soaped beautifully with no roving or tracing and the throw in my wax melts is amazing. I'll be keeping this in my line up. I've also mixed it with French vanilla and it was perfect.

Rating: NDA's fragrances are one of the few I can always count on- they're true, such as this lavender, and I needn't use 6-7% in products just to get fragrance out of them! A soft, lingering lavender.
If you want a lavender in a diffuser, GET the essential oil. A fragrance oil will guck up your diffuser, and possibly break it. If you want Lavender for therapeutic purposes, GET the essential oil. A fragrance oil has no medicinal properties whatsoever.

Rating: This oil has strong acidic quality similar to vinegar. When heating for aroma therapy it smells like a disinfectant. I added it to my lotion every time I open the jar I am reminded of lavender scented pinesol. I had to add midnight jasmine to the lotion to soften the acidic quality.

Rating: Just received this and it smells just like or as good as the EO. I have been trying to find a lavender that is as close to the eo as possible and this is the only one I have found that is dead on. I had purchased another one from another supplier and the FO smelled fake. This one doesn't. I will be purchasing larger quantities.

Rating: English Lavender FO is a treat to use in CP soap; no acceleration at all, so lots of time to do swirls or layers. It is on the strong side - 0.7 oz/ppo was perfect. I think this is a great lavender fragrance.

Rating: I wasn't able to tell a profound difference between this and the Lavender essential oil. It's strong, overwhelming, and incredibly powerful. If you're looking for an intense lavender aroma, then this is the sure bet.
