Rating: STRONG oil. Strongest ever. I have to dilute it in the future. I like it though. I started to sweat the first time I opened the bottle, it was like instant detox. 1 drop you will smell like garlic for a while. My husband says it makes his lymphnode go down in size. It a great oil if you know how to use it.
Rating: BE CAREFUL!
I had this oil shipped to my apartment, and when I opened the surrounding box the room was immediately permeated with the smell of garlic. I love the smell, but a drop or two of the oil, which had not been closed all the way, had gotten all over the packaging and coated my hands and fingers. I smelled of garlic for a week. Thankfully, it didn't ruin any of the other bottles, and we opened all the windows and the smell seemed to lessen slightly.
That night, however, our landlord (who lived above us and shared a ventilation system) came down and pounded on the door around midnight. He had woken up to an "awful smell," couldn't go back to sleep, and told us it needed to go away immediately. We apologized, and frantically spent the next few days trying to get rid of the smell - baking soda, vinegar, cleaning the walls and carpets, air ionizers, everything possible... but it was in vain. A week later we were evicted.
The oil is incredibly strong, and should be used and ordered with caution. Do not have this delivered anywhere where, if it arrives open or damaged, there will be negative effects for permanently smelling of garlic. Since then we have kept it closed inside two airtight containers - one inside the other - and only open and mix it outside, far away from homes or offices.
Rating: I love fresh garlic, and use it daily, but this essential oil is way too strong. Just from opening the bottle, a little bit of oil got onto the bottle and my fingers. Now not only my fingers, but my entire kitchen & living area, reek of garlic. I washed my hands and the bottle several times with dish liquid that has orange essential oil in it, and even rubbed straight lemon essential oil all over both, but all I can smell is the garlic essential oil which is overpowering and nauseating - even with my door and window open. I may have to throw it out.
I thought I would try this medicinally for a topical skin application, but I'd stink too badly and fear I'd not get rid of the odor for days.
Rating: Garlic with a capital G. One brief opening of the bottle will cause the garlic smell to permeate the air for a long time. Be careful not to spill a drop on your clothes or other fabric item, because the smell will linger for many washings afterward. I bought this to use on my daughters' warts. Two warts have been successfully eliminated, and I look forward to completing the cure.

Rating: I'm positively delighted...
This is some of the most powerful stuff I witnessed as far as essential oil goes, I even had to remove it from my room just now, because it smelled so intensely, fortunately it seems very pure and volatile so it should not permantly stain any fabric.
That is some power in a bottle ! May I remind you that I merely opened it once, did not even tilt it to make it pour, and that it started smelling in the whole room for the whole night, and more... it feels so medicinal however. From up close it's nothing like garlic, it feels like a pure distillate of medicinal quality indeed ; which is awesome. But you'll need a second container to carry this one around, even with the bottle closed it overpowers anything within 5 meters for days. Did I say amazing ?
The most amazing thing is that unlike actual garlic, this dosen't sting when you breathe it, although it must be extreemly diluted to be used topically, I feel it as a soft penetrating scent. A truely wonderful oil, it blows my mind !

Rating: Now I must say I do LOVE garlic - and I was still surprised at the wonderful quality of ALL ND's products!
First off I am sitting here and this vial is still unopened, yet I can smell the oil. Don't get me wrong - it is not so overpowering you could smell it all over the room. Thanks to the AMAZING packaging this oil did not invade the entire shipping box either!
I will use this not only in medicinal blends but in cooking as well!
No more messy galric cloves for me!
